SUMMARY
JGE is fostering a culture that values and promotes diversity, teamwork, flexibility, and innovation at home with family, community, nationally and globally. This further highlight that Julia is a work ethic analyst with a wealth of knowledge in business administration, marketing and advertising, human resources, training, managing innovative social services programs, building institutional structure and strengthening private/ public services and non-government organizations across the Caribbean and United States of America.
ACHIEVEMENT
Julia brings over sixteen years of: training and marketing skills with innovative strategies, networking skills with international and local organizations, business entities, corporations, and volunteers.
EXPERTISE
Her professional skills are utilized in teaching and training individual and group setting towards building national statistics through onsite technical assistance in business administration, entrepreneurship, marketing research, training programs that enable evidence- based policy and planning, sophisticated technology strategies, event-planning, excellent customer services to equip corporations and companies to remain as organization and market leaders.
MISSION STATEMENT
JGE mission is to communicate globally with real life experiences to make abstract concepts come to life by empowering the next generation, spiritually, academically, socially, physically, and economically. Our primary goal is to provide a quality early childhood and continuing educational program for everyone in a nurturing environment that will enable learners to build upon their prior knowledge a solid foundation for their future. Globally, we provide special occasion services to everyone and also serve as resource to families, and the community on issues particularly related to women, children and youth services.
